Camaflauging with her daddy

Ivy and Scott headed to the woods to shoot her new bb gun and hopefully see a big deer.

Christmas 2011

Christmas Eve we headed to Uncle Paul and Aunt Judy's house for Christmas with Scott's mother's side of the family. Ivy loves going so she can play with the twins.

We got home and prepared for the Big man in the red suit to come visit our home.  Here are his cookies and milk.
Bye Bye to Markle.... We'll see you next year.
Scott reading Ivy The Night Before Christmas.

She fell asleep pretty quickly
Santa came

Hmmm.... a hidden present from Santa.... yes, a BB gun.
Santa enjoyed his cookies and left Ivy a note.

This is Cassie, Ivy's new Elf.  She gets to play with this one.  This was her favorite gift of all.  Ivy is deciding if she wants Cassie to stay with her all year, or go back New Years Eve.  Santa said she could stay till New Years since she came on Christmas.
Then off to Grandma's for Christmas lunch.  She made an English lunch..  and our favorite Yorkshire pudding.  Yum Yum!!!

Christmas night Scott's mom, Eddie and Emily came over for dinner and more presents.
Eddie asked Lisa to marry him.  Soooo excited for these two!
Ivy's new robe
Cassie with her magic snow so she can fly somewhere else.
One wore out little girl!  This was probably our best Christmas ever.  Enjoy every moment with our families!

Santa pic 2011

Sunday afternoon we drove to Dothan to get Ivy's pic with Santa. She was really scared (cant really tell from the pic). I promised her a Merry-okee which is a microphone that makes you talk like an elf. She loves it. And she did great with Santa. I think she is looking too growny, but again I can't stop time.

Kindergarten Christmas Performance

So glad I was able to make it to this cute performance. Mrs. Sowards is such a great music teacher. Great Performance!

New addition to our home

Ivy picked out a poster from the book fair at school a while back. It was a cute yorkie puppy with a pink bow. She has been raving about getting one. We decided to get her one for Christmas. Our friends the Centners got a yorkie poo and named him Samson. We figured what better name than Delilah. I brought Delilah home and wrapped her in a box. Here are some pics of Ivy opening the box. She was sooo excited. On the sad side, Ivy's allergic to her sweet new pup. I'm having to teach Ivy to not let Delilah lick her. The first couple of days Ivy had reactions to her, but I think she's learned how to handle Delilah. She's a sweet loving puppy. On a negative note.... this mama is tired from having to wake up through the night to take her out. Making me second guess the whole baby thing.

Frosty the Freedgurator (as ivy calls it)

I decided to get crafty and turn our fridge into a snowman.

Mrs. Pouncey sent this pic of ivy instructing the other students how to make their own snowman. Too cute!!!
