My house is for sale!!!

On September 26, 2009, We took Ivy and Emily to their first Auburn game. Auburn vs. Ball State. It was raining and I was scared Ivy would be miserable. She absolutely loved it. She thought it was fun to wear her rain jacket, too! She loved seeing Aubie dancing around the field. Can't wait for many more to come!!!

Tonight at the dinner table, Ivy began singing this little song.

I absolutely could not hold in my laugh!!! Later on facebook, my aide tells me the 2nd verse is
Birdy, birdy in the air
Why did you do that in my hair.

Ivy is picking up a lot at daycare these days and unfortunately this is one of them. Oh, the things to look forward to as she grows older!

true innocence!

Tonight, we were taking a walk around the block. It began to rain. Ivy looked up at the sky and began talking to God. She said, hey God, what are you doing... Then pretending to be God, she answered.... I can't talk right now, I'm watering the flowers. I love how truly innocent Ivy is at this age. If I could only put a sheild over her to protect her from all the bad that she will come incountered with in her life.
