memories....

Ok, this is pretty gross, but I want to remember it. I have caught the yucky pink eye and it has been pretty bad. But, on another note..... We're eating dinner with Ivy tonight and the sun was shining in Ivy's eyes. Scott tells her how she has such pretty blue eyes. I then tell her how I am so glad that she got her daddy's blue eyes and not my plain ole brown eyes. She looks at me and says Mommy, I like your pink eye cause it's my favorite color. It gave us a good laugh!

This past weekend, we drove to Valley, AL for Scott's cousin's wedding. Although we didn't get to make it to the Auburn game as originally planned we still picked up Ivy a cheerleader outfit. War Eagle!

My birthday (a month ago) at the beach!

Sept. 4th we celebrated my 29th bday again!!! We chose the beach well, because it's just my happy place to be. I took a weekend off from picture taking, but did catch get a couple of pics of Ivy and Mr. Eddie flying a kite.
Go Andy Bulldogs!!! Ivy was lucky enough to attend the pep rally.

Ready to get to the beach.
Mr. Eddie is soo much fun! Ivy just loves him!

Madison is 5

Today is Madison's Bday!!! 9/29/10 makes a 5 year old little princess! Although, we celebrated a couple of weeks ago as Madison's expecting a baby brother any day now!

Birthdays and enjoying friends

This past Saturday, Ivy went to her friend, Emmy's, 5th birthday party. Here's a few pics from the day. Saturday night was fun as Jennifer, Elizabeth and I traveled to Troy like the good ole days and celebrated with our good friend, Judy. It was such a fun day. I enjoyed having girl time...whew! it's been a while!

More Art...

A few firsts.....

Ivy had her first phonics test on her vowel letters and sounds. She studied hard the night before and did a great job! I'm very proud of her!
Ivy had her first home work assignment this week from Little Friends. She was to ride around and find the signs. After tennis Tuesday, Scott took her riding around to find some signs. She found 8. She LOVED having homework.
Ivy wrote her first sentence without any help! yay! Please check out how she spelled we...wii! hahha! We have a cat. We need to work on spacing out the words but it's definitely a great start!
