Well, we woke up to it raining. We decided it would be a good day to head to destin commons and see Toy Story in 3D. Ivy definitely enjoyed the movie. I almost cried. I'm not quite sure I can throw out anymore of Ivy's toys. hehehe. As tradition still holds, we can never go to the commons without leaving with a new friend from build a bear. i'll have to post a pic of the completed bear. We came back to the house and headed down to the pool for the afternoon. Later we hear the ice cream truck and Ivy was oh soooo excited!!! She immediately ran down stairs and we caught up with it. Came back to the house and enjoyed our treat!

Grayton vacation Day 2
Sunday was a beautiful day in Grayton. We stayed on the beach ALL day. Scott even relaxed on the lake. The pic of the water has a few tar balls. If you notice closely they look like little brown rocks. It makes me sooo sad to see this, but still enjoying every minute possible on our favorite beach!!!

Grayton vacation Day 1
Well, we're on vacation. Here's a few pics from day 1. We ate at Louis Louis (GREAT) and then headed down for the sunset and the howling at the moon. Apparently the locals all meet up on the beach behind the Red Bar and hang out until the moon appears. Then, they begin howling at the moon. Neat tradition.

Playdate with Azland
Ms. Katrina called and asked me if I could watch Azland for her one day this week while she taught some lessons. Ivy and Azland had a great time playing together. They were soo funny. I had a little redneck fun with them and put them in the trampoline or jumpoline as azland called it. I sprayed them with the water hose. They had a blast.
Trying to stay cool in this heat!

Day trip to Grayton before the oil comes in. June 12, 2010
Although, we are about to leave for Grayton for a week this Saturday, we had to make a day trip 2 weekends ago. We didn't want to miss our favorite spot before the oil came in. Took lots of pics and lots of videos of our princess playing in the water. She caught a fish... well, the fish was dead. But she was sooo excited she caught it with her hands. ha ha ha. She named it Lolli. We did not bring it home as we had to keep it in its own environment. It was such a beautiful day. We ended the day by eating at Hurricane Oyster Bar. Yummy...
