Oh My Goodness!!!!
Monday evening I had a Junior Women's meeting at 6:30. Ivy came running in the kitchen at 6:25 with silly putty all up in her hair. It was literally from the scalp to the tip of her hair. I totally freaked out. I pulled as much as I could out and broke off a lot. Finally, I just grabbed the scissors. Luckily, I had broke enough free that she didn't have a large bald spot in her hair. I think she learned her lesson with silly putty.

Spring Break Seagrove 2011
Well, Not my most favorite beach trip, but boy did we eat some good food. I am not the type to spend my time at the beach shopping. Maybe one morning or evening but not the whole trip. This time I pretty much was forced to as we weren't the smartest beach goers this trip. As you can tell from the pics that it was foggy and i mean foggy ALL day. I've never seen it like that. Well, We all got burnt. I wasn't as bad as Ivy and Scott, but I definitely knew that we couldn't spend anymore time on the beach the next couple of days. So, we headed to Destin and took Ivy to Build-A-Bear for the 10th visit. Then, we took her to the movie Hop. After the movie, Scott took her for a train ride and to play on the park while I shopped at a few stores. The rest of the weekend we ate at Hurricane Oyster Bar, Louis Louis, Great Southern, Boragos and Red Bar. Although we were burnt the first day, I still enjoyed hanging with my 2 favorites. And one last thing.... we stayed at Seagrove Villas Motel. I was extremely sketchy on this place, but when we arrived it was just fine. Now if you're the prissy girl who needs the top of the line stay, then this is not the place for you, but for clean gulf front rooms you can't beat the price of this place.
This is a pic of one of the jellyfish that was on the beach. They were everywhere.
Long hair
Well, My prayer was certainly answered when I prayed for my child to not have my curly hair. Now, we have stringy messy hair. My child has been wanting to grow her hair out. Which has been killing me. In my opinion she's much more beautiful with the bob haircut. I actually told her i'd buy a new barbie if she'd let me cut it. She wouldn't agree to it until the next morning she came and crawled in the bed with me and in her sweet little innocent voice said "Mommy, you can cut my hair." Wow, did I feel like the worst mom alive. I then agreed that I would allow her to have her hair like she wanted. So, this pic is to show that she can wear braids in her hair which was what she was aiming for.
